TV has been on the blink for a bit, only a year old Panny LCD, so I got an extended warranty with Dom & Gen, anyway, bloke came to fix it Fri, new part would have cost a grand, so it was written off. New Plasma picked up from Comet Sunday, went for another Panasonic, 5 inches bigger this time, let's hope the Beeb do F1 in HD now and I'll get Sky HD then...
I am thinking about one of these which get good reviews. Basically you plug in all your HD devices (blu-ray, Sky HD etc) and it decodes the sound. Virtual or full surround, if you get additional speakers.
Spreed is an innovative website and works well on iPhone. It basically allows you to speed-read news articles. There is something odd about the way you absorb the story without actually reading every word. Give it a go.
