When officials asked for the Welsh translation of a road sign, they thought the reply was what they needed. Unfortunately, the e-mail response to Swansea council said in Welsh: "I am not in the office at the moment. Please send any work to be translated". So that was what went up under the English version which barred lorries from a road near a supermarket.

Hamilton versus Massa - the title permutations

Hamilton will be champion if:
- He finishes fifth or higher
- He finishes sixth and Massa is second or lower
- He finishes seventh and Massa is second or lower
- He finishes eighth and Massa is third or lower
- He fails to score and Massa is third or lower

Massa will be champion if:
- He wins and Hamilton finishes sixth or lower
- He finishes second and Hamilton is eighth or lower

If the pair are tied on points at the end of Sunday afternoon (which would happen is Massa wins with Hamilton sixth, or if Massa finishes second with Hamilton eighth), Massa would win the title by virtue of more victories (six to Hamilton’s five) or more second-place finishes (three to Hamilton’s two).

In the constructors’ championship, Ferrari’s 11-point advantage over McLaren heading to Brazil puts them in a powerful position, while BMW Sauber’s 10-point deficit to McLaren means they still have an outside chance of stealing second place.

BBC NEWS | Wales | 200 cosmetics factory jobs to go.

Around 200 jobs are set to be lost at the cosmetics firm L'Oreal in the south Wales valleys. Currently around 260 people work at the factory at Talbot Green in Rhondda Cynon Taf. The proposal is for the factory to be sold to another French cosmetics and pharmaceutical group, Fareva. It is believed they will keep 60 jobs producing L'Oreal hair products for the UK market. The rest of the work is being transferred abroad.

Shame as L'Oreal has been around here for years and only a few years ago they built a huge warehouse.
